Hayden O.Creque
Vice President and General Counsel
Hayden counsels W3i on intellectual property, internet law, privacy and employment law issues. He develops W3i's contracts and has an ongoing role in their negotiation. He also represents W3i in industry forums, and is involved with the development of W3i’s strategy, best practices and policies.
Hayden is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), and holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional credential. Hayden received his JD, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin and he is licensed to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin's State and Federal Courts. He received a B.A. in Business, magna cum laude, from Edgewood College. Hayden also holds an A.A.S. in Accounting.
Prior to joining W3i, Hayden was a litigator in private practice at Lindquist & Vennum where he focused on intellectual property, general commercial and real estate matters. Hayden also brings to the team extensive business leadership experience. At TDS TELECOM, he served in several staff and operations management positions.
