Hayden O.Creque, VP
and General Counsel
Hayden Creque, Esq. – Hayden began his career at TDS, a publicly traded telecommunications company. At TDS he held several staff and operations management positions including General Manager of one of the company’s telecoms in Deposit, New York. Hayden also led a large customer call center and cross-functional project teams at TDS. In 2000, Hayden left TDS to attend law school at the University of Wisconsin. Hayden competed in the Jessup International Moot Court Competition, and served as an editor of Wisconsin’s International Law Journal. After completing his studies, Hayden was hired on as a litigator by Lindquist & Vennum PLLP, a Minneapolis and Colorado based law firm. Hayden’s practice at Lindquist included intellectual property, real estate, and general commercial matters. In 2006, Hayden was hired on as W3i Holdings, LLC’s first in-house counsel. Hayden is the architect of W3i’s privacy program and he counsels W3i on corporate governance, intellectual property, internet law, and employment law issues. Hayden serves as W3i’s Secretary and has additional responsibilities for W3i’s Human Resource, Administration, and Operations functions. Additionally, Hayden frequently represents W3i at industry forums.
Hayden is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsels and the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). He holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional credential. He is also a member of the Wisconsin and Minnesota Bars. In addition to his juris doctorate, Hayden holds a B.S. in business from Edgewood College and a degree in Accounting.
