Ryan C. Ranweiler - Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President

Ryan joined W3i in 2005 and is responsible for making decisions that fulfill the Company's long-term financial strategies. He oversees the finance team including financial reporting, treasury management, internal control compliance, audit and tax. He works closely with other members of the executive management team to evaluate and develop new business models to ensure company success. In addition, Ryan has responsibility for the Company's owned and operated properties.

Prior to joining W3i, Ryan worked in the assurance practice at Larson Allen where he provided audit services to manufacturing and commercial service clients. He also performed consulting services for private equity and venture capital firms in support of their M&A activities, including due diligence services for both buy and sell side M&A deals. Ryan began his finance career with Grant Thornton in Minneapolis and has several years of experience serving mid-sized public and privately owned companies.

Ranweiler received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northwestern College. He is a member of the MN Society of CPAs and holds an active CPA license in Minnesota. He also serves as a Board member and Treasurer for the Center for Non-Profit Excellence and Social Innovation, a non-profit organization located in Central Minnesota.
