We know that when the proper tools are given to people who want to make a difference, they will. On a daily basis we quickly move in and out of ad-hoc teams to capture value and achieve objectives. This all comes together in an informal, high energy, entrepreneurial atmosphere where you are as likely to see sandals as sports coats. While there are sometimes late nights, you also might see us go-carting during the day. We believe in enjoying what we do while we build a great company.
